Cold beetter can become an excellent alternative to us overheads. At the same time, it is possible to prepare it in different variations: pure vegetable or meat.
What products will need for a cold beet
For beetter, stocking products:
- beets are young - 2 pcs. small or 1 big;
- small potatoes - 4 pieces;
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- egg - 2 pcs;
- water - 1 l;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- fresh greens (onions, parsley, dill) - 2 handstones;
- citric acid - 1/3 teaspoon;
- meat products - 100 g
These products are enough to prepare 4 portions.
How to cook beetter cold vegetable
Cooking technology:
- Boil the beet until the beet is ready.
- Give it to cool and soda on a coarse grater.
- Capture 1 liter of water and let it cool.
- Put the beet to the water and add citric acid - you will have the basis for the beetter. Send it to the refrigerator for even greater cooling and insistence.
- Boil potatoes and eggs. Give them cool and cut into small cubes.
- Cucumbers, too, shredt the size of potatoes and eggs.
- In the cold beetral base, lay out potatoes, eggs and cucumbers.
- Sung wash and stick the beetter.
- Add sour cream and finely chopped greens.
How to cook beetter cold meat
This dish is prepared in the same way as described above, but with the addition of boiled cold meat. Suitable chicken or veal. If you wish, you can put small cubes of sausages of the Ostankinskaya type or "doctoral".
