Mushroom soups have an exquisite aroma and a stunning taste. They are loved by children, and adults. Mushroom soups can be prepared from any mushrooms: oyster, champignons, petas, rhyge, white mushrooms. Cooking uses dried, salty and fresh mushrooms. Mushroom soups are divided into several types: classic, soups-puree and cream soups. In the soup prepared by the classic recipe, mushrooms retain their extraordinary forest fragrance.
Ingredients:
Large white mushrooms - 3 pcs.;
Chicken ham - 2 pcs.;
Onions - 1 pc.;
Carrots - 1 pc.;
Potatoes - 4 pcs.;
Greens.

Each chicken ham is rinsed, dry and cut into 4 parts. Pour water and put cooking broth. Broth boiling time 40 min.

In another pot, boil the water, slightly saline and put the washed mushrooms in general. Cook for 10 min.

Carrots and onions wash, clean. Onions finely cut, carrot chuck straw. On the pan fry a little carrot, then add onion to it. Make water from mushrooms and pour them with cold water. Cutting mushrooms and add to vegetables to the pan. Save, pepper.

Paint potatoes, cut into cubes and add to broth, salt.

After 7 minutes put a grip in the broth. Cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes under a semi-closed lid. Turn off the gas, in the soup add finely chopped greens, close the pan with a lid and give it.
