Pumpkin soup - a rather original dish, which not many heard about. For the original pumpkin soup, it will be necessary:

  • 1000 g pumpkins;
  • 1 onions;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • Water (cover vegetables, near the liter);
  • 3 garlic teeth;
  • Fresh greens;
  • 3 tbsp.l. olive oil;
  • 500 g shrimp;
  • 100 g of cream 11%.
