Pumpkin soup - a rather original dish, which not many heard about. For the original pumpkin soup, it will be necessary:
1000 g pumpkins;
1 onions;
1 medium carrot;
Water (cover vegetables, near the liter);
3 garlic teeth;
Fresh greens;
3 tbsp.l. olive oil;
500 g shrimp;
100 g of cream 11%.

Cut onion feathers, carrots - cubes. In the pan, fry the vegetables on the oil to the golden shade.

We clean the pumpkin, cut into cubes with a thickness of 2x2 cm, we determine in a saucepan where water is added, turn on the stove.

Frozen carrots with onions add to the pumpkin, we mix the spices in the dishes, rub to the state of the powder and pour into the soup.
