Subject of this Agreement
1. This convention with the end user (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a contract between the user and the company that establishes the rules and the procedure for using the site. Any documents regulating the use of visitors or users of the site to some extent related to it, are considered an integral part of the agreement and attached to it.
2. The user, carrying out registration on the site, agrees with the terms of the agreement fully, which corresponds to Art. 438 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3. In the event of the disagreement of the user with any of the terms of the agreement or the agreement completely, it should stop using the site, services and any content posted on the site.
4. The owner company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The user, at the same time, is obliged independently, to get acquainted weekly with this Agreement and with changes in its conditions, if any.
Use of site
1. The user undertakes to use the site exclusively for legal purposes. The use of the site by any method not provided for in this Agreement is prohibited.
2. The user is not entitled to post information on the site, or other content, if it is known to him that such accommodation can entail actual losses, moral or other similar damage, damage to business reputation, as well as violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
3. The user should not apply the site services to make the following actions:

Violation of this Agreement, in addition to the foregoing, is the use of data obtained as a result of using any of the services of the site, advertising and selling such data to any user or other persons without obtaining such information for prior consent from the copyright holder;
  7. For the purposes of creating and distributing unwanted email (the so-called "spam") among users of the Internet;

4. Rules for communication and comment on the site:

5. Content placement rules on the site

6. User registration
  1. The implementation of the registration user is the main condition for the use of all the capabilities of the site.

  6. In the case of a complete or fragmentary similarity of the login, invented by the new user, with a stranger login, the site administration offers another login to choose from.
  7. By registering on the site, the user, thereby confirms its legal capacity and authority to adopt this Agreement, approves that it is able to fulfill the Agreement fully and is ready to incur liability for the violations of any of the items of the Agreement.
  8. The user is responsible for the careful storage of a password with access to the site, secret from third parties. In case of loss of the password, the user must urgently replace his password to a new one to ensure the safety of personal information and restore access to the site materials.
  9. The administration may without specifying the reasons, at any time, delete any absolutely any materials and accounts. Also, the administration has the opportunity, but it is not obliged to control the activities of the site users.
7. Rights and obligations of the site administration

  14. The owner's company is not responsible for users and does not reimburse them losses that arose or could arise from users due to delays, failures in the work that prevented the full use of the site by any persons.
  15. The administration is storing the personal data of the site users. Storage is made on an ongoing basis until the user is initiated by deleting personal data, or the administration independently initiates such a removal after 12 calendar months since the last user login to the site, with its preliminary notification in the email address specified during registration.
8. Rights and user duties
  1. The user is personal responsible for non-compliance with the provisions of the Agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  2. The user confirms that it will not post on the site personal data requiring special conditions for the appeal, according to the current legislation on personal data, with the exception of personal data recognized by publicly available. The owner's company is not entitled and does not collect, processing and storing such data, as defined by regulatory acts. In case of detection of such data on the site, they, urgently, are deleted, and their user who has enclosed by their actions, committed contrary to the requirements of the Agreement, the responsibility provided for by both this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  3. The user undertakes to abandon the placement of content having a provocative, aggressive or offensive nature, contrary to the moral, moral and ethical standards, reigning in society, violating the norms of existing legislation, the rights of third parties, intellectual, among other things.
  4. The user assumes all the fullness of responsibility and the willingness to incur all costs (including compensation for damages, harm, fines, judicial and other expenses and costs in certain cases), compensate, caused to third parties, damage in full, in case of presentation in accordance with the established law Claims, including claims to protect their intellectual rights, and for the obligations that have arisen the owner of the owner, in connection with the possible requirements of third parties, related or arising from the user's violation of the provisions of the Agreement. The user also undertakes to take all possible measures aimed at an exception to the defendants of the owner's company.
9. Intellectual property rights
  1. The user has the right to publish Content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
  2. Content, published on the site, is the result of intellectual activity, and equally, the object of exceptional rights of its creators or copyright holders.
  3. Placing on the site content, the user gives a guarantee that it has the full powers and rights required to accommodate content, and at any time will be able to confirm the presence of such rights if necessary.
  4. The user confirms the full compliance of the contained content with the requirements of the legislation and the relevant items of the Agreement.
  5. Forbidden any use of materials without obtaining the consent of their owners.
  6. Posting materials of their own intellectual work, the user delegates the company part of the rights to reproduce it, show, processing, bringing to the attention of an unlimited circle of persons, indefinitely, without paying a possible remuneration to the owner of the materials used. Such content owner is entitled to use in any section within the site.
  7. By placing the above materials, the user also provides non-exclusive rights to other users of the site, but only to reproduce it for personal purposes that are not related to obtaining any benefit.
  8. The user bears personal responsibility for the content placed by him and personally responsible for all related to the publication, the consequences.
  9. The user acknowledges that the owner company has all the full rights to the site as an independent, single and holistic object, including all its components.
  10. User, taking agreement, confirms that:
    1. He does not become a co-author of the site, refuses any claims about this in the future;
    2. In the event of a complete transfer to the owner of the intellectual rights to the content, it deprives the possibility of revocation of such rights as defined in accordance with Art. 1269 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
  11. Access to the site, to any part of it, is provided to third parties exclusively for familiarization and personal use.
  12. The site administration and the owner is not responsible for the state of content on the site.

10. Limitation of responsibility
  1. 11. Final provisions
  1. The agreement enters into force on the moment of registration of the user on the site and is valid during the entire period of use of the site, and its separate positions and after that.
  2. The site administration, at its own discretion, can change this Agreement, while it publishes such changes or additions on the site.
  3. The site administration and the owner are not responsible for the user content. In addition, the company owner does not bear any responsibility:
    1. For distorted and incomplete content;
    2. For damage caused, possible harm and probable losses of any nature caused by the use of either violation of the site;
    3. For leakage of personal data, which arose due to the violation of the site.
  4. The user adds content to the site voluntarily, while it retains intelligent and any other rights regarding content.
  5. If the site administration or the owner company does not require any conditions from the user to perform any conditions of this Agreement, this does not cancel their rights to require the fulfillment of such conditions in the future, and equally take measures aimed at fulfilling the Agreement .
  6. After the termination of the agreement, the owner company continues to own all the rights to the content, without obligations to pay the user for its use.
  7. No provisions of the agreement limit the rights of the site administration, owner company or the user to enter into similar agreements with any other person.
  8. Recognizing inappropriate standards of the current right of one of the provisions of the Agreement is not a basis for recognizing any other provisions of the Agreement.
  9. The user confirms that all emerging disputes are subject to settlement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  10. The user confirms its consent to the fact that the content may be accompanied by advertising without any additional notification of the user and without any compensation for such advertising. At the same time, the user is not entitled to prevent the advertising demonstration. He also recognizes that the administration and the owner company do not bear any responsibility for the content of the advertising, as well as, for possible consequences for the user who have arisen as a result of advertising.
  11. The user agrees to receive information, other newsletters from the administration, including on its email address specified at the time of registration.
