How to cook soup with dumplings

Soup with dumplings - international dish. In Ukraine, this soup with gallushkami, in Belarus - with dalks, in Italy - soup with Nyoki, in the Czech Republic - with soup. The method of cooking a broth in each country has its own, but the pads from the dough remain unchanged - the dumplings, which give the usual broth the highlight.

For the preparation of soup with dumplings, the following products will be needed:

  • 500 g of minced meat;
  • 500 g potatoes;
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers;
  • 1 average bulb;
  • 2 small carrots;
  • bay leaf;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • pea pepper;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g of butter;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • 5 tablespoons of flour.

Add to mince egg, salute and pepper. Form meat balls from minced meat and jump into boiling water.

Clear onions and carrots. Onions finely chop, grind carrots on the grater. Fry on vegetable oil in a skillet to a golden color.

Bulgarian pepper clean from seeds and cut into straws. It is better to use pepper in different colors.

Clean the potatoes, cut into straws. Add potatoes and Bulgarian pepper into broth. After 5 minutes, add the loyal onions and carrots to the broth.

Separate protein from the yolk and remove in the refrigerator. Yolk rubber with melted cream oil and sugar. Add milk and mix. After adding flour and salt, mix again. Get chilled protein, beat well in a bowl, then add to the bulk mass. The dough should be not liquid and not dense.
