To prepare this original salad with an orange, prepare the following set of ingredients:

  • chicken fillet;
  • 5 large eggs;
  • 1 medium fresh cucumber;
  • a piece of solid cheese;
  • several oranges (depending on the portions of salad);
  • walnuts;
  • mayonnaise sauce.

Cooking:

  • Chicken fillet should be cut on thin slices, spill and fry on vegetable oil to full preparation.

  • Eggs need to boil, and walnuts are well crushed, only after that it starts to prepare the salad.

  • Roasted chicken fillet should be cooled and cut it into small pieces.

  • The same must be done with fresh cucumber, after which add it to chicken fillet.

  • Fresh eggs must be grate on a large grater, after which adding them to the other salad ingredients.

  • Sutitate a piece of solid cheese on a shallow grater and leave it to decorate the finished salad.

  • Cut the orange into two halves. Try to make a zigzag cut, as shown in the photo.

  • To do this, it is better to use a thin, long and sharp knife. If you have no such knife in your presence or you are not sure that we can cope with this task, you can cut the orange in the usual, all familiar.

  • Gently remove the whole flesh from the orange, cut it into small pieces and add to the salad bowl.

  • There, send the crushed walnuts. The finished salad needs to be filmed by mayonnaise, slightly satisfy and mix well.
