It is now difficult to say unequivocally, where does this unusual dish come from. Zrazy were first prepared or in Poland, or in Belarus, or in Lithuania. In any case, it is not so important, because the main thing is to learn how to prepare this delicious dish.

How to cook zrazy

There is no single sole recipe. Make zrazy from meat, potatoes, fish, and different products are used as a filling: mushrooms, eggs, cheese, etc.

We prepare ordinary classic meat zrazy from such products:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • beef - 300 g;
  • bulb - 2 pcs;
  • potatoes - 8 pcs.;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.

Zrazy prepare like this:

  • Potatoes need to choose medium size, wash and boil directly in the peel.
  • When the potato is ready, it needs to be cooled, cleaned, spread the fork in a bowl to make a potato mashed potatoes.
  • You can add salt into a cast potatoes, you can drive a little ground black pepper, drive the egg and mix.
  • The next step is drunk beef (you can chicken, pork). Meat also need to cool, cut into pieces to grind in the meat grinder.
  • The remaining eggs need to boil, crush, mix with meat together. Eggs can be grate.

How to cook meat zrazy

For the preparation of this dish you will need such products:

  • minced pig-beef - 0.5 kg;
  • solid cheese - 100 g;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • walnuts - 1 cup;
  • mayonnaise - 30 g;
  • salt, pepper ground black - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for roasting;
  • bread crushers - at will.

Cooking:

  • Mushrooms wash, if necessary, clean, finely cut.
  • Nuts clean, crush.
  • To mince add raw mushrooms, drive eggs, put salt, pepper and you can pinch sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cheese need to cut into cubes.
  • We form rhinestones: wet your hands in the water, we recruit the stuffing with a large spoon, form a cake in your hands, make a plug in the middle to put a piece of cheese there.
  • The edges are replacing, give the product a pupmy.
  • Zrazy is best to make an oval shape, it is more convenient to fry. Zrazy is preferably cutting in breadcrumbs right in front of hot. You can make breading: to coat first in a raw egg, then go in breadcrumbs, again: egg and crackers.
  • Fry such zrazy in a large amount of oil. First, the oil needs to warm carefully, then you can fry on the middle heating of the slab.
  • Fry the zrazy on one side for 3-5 minutes, then turn over and immediately covered with a lid.
  • And you can prepare a more dietary dish: bake zrazy in the oven. This is a great option for the cold season. In the summer, once again turn on the oven as an additional source of heat, I do not want.
