Ingredients:
- kefir - 250 ml;
- flour - 100 g;
- egg - 1 pc;
- sugar - 2-3 pp;
- salt is a small pinch;
- dough dough - 1 tsp;
- vegetable frying oil.
Stir carefully to the complete dissolution of salt and sugar. Add flour and mix again so that no lumps are left. Dough thickness can be adjusted by adding flour or kefir.
Finished dough can not be stored for a long time. Heat the frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and immediately proceed to frying. Take the dough with a small ladle or a tablespoon and lay out into the oil. As soon as on one side, the pancakes are shoved - you can turn over. Fry on medium fire on both sides.
