Ingredients:

  • kefir - 250 ml;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • sugar - 2-3 pp;
  • salt is a small pinch;

  • vegetable frying oil.

Prepare all the ingredients and dishes for the test. Kefir is better to get out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is room temperature. In the prepared bowl, pour kefir and connect it with salt, sugar, egg and dough dough.
