Shrimps with garlic and dry herbs.

This dish is very easy to prepare:

  1. Remove the package of any shrimp from the freezer (even in the shell) and pour them into a large bowl.
  2. One kilogram of shrimp take 6-8 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. l. Salt, a handful of any dry spicy herbs, 6 tbsp. l. Olive oil - mix all.

  7. 5 minutes before readiness, remove the foil so that the shrimps are shred.

Serve on the table in the same dishes in which they were prepared - so shrimps will be hot. This dish is good to eat with fresh white bread, which can be dipped in garlic sauce.

Shrimp in tomato-garlic sauce.

For dishes, take shrimps cleaned and proceed:

  1. Pour water in the saucepan (2 l), pour 2 tbsp. Salts, put 4 laurel sheets and 6-8 peas of fragrant pepper. Wait for water boiling.
  2. Dip into the pot of 1 kg of frozen prawns and immediately turn off the heat.
  3. While the shrimp in water thawed and saturated spice flavors, heat in a pan 50 g of butter.
  4. Fold the shrimp in a colander and then put them in boiling oil. Broil 5-10 minutes, not forgetting to stir constantly.

To shrimps, like any seafood, well suited dry white wine. It can also be added to the dish when cooking.
