  • In a frying pan, fry 2 tbsp. l. flour until golden color is obtained.
  • Add 3 tbsp. l. Olive oil, 300 ml cream and broth. Mix thoroughly so that the flour lumps are not formed.
  • Add salt, pepper and mushrooms. Optionally, you can use dill or garlic.

The versatility of the creamy sauce is indisputable, with its simplicity it is able to give an extraordinary taste even the most ordinary dish. But do not forget that this calorie seasoning, do not abuse it using in its kitchen.
