How to cook a delicious dessert with cottage cheese:

  • We make dough. This is the most responsible task. First you need to pour milk in a bowl. It should be room temperature or a little warm. Farm milk must boil and cool.
  • We add yeast to the milk - 1.5 C.L., well stir so that they dissolve.
  • After that, put the egg, sugar and salt, we mix everything well.
  • The last step is to see the flour through a sieve, we gradually add to the dough, we knead it with a spoon. Then you can wash the dough directly with your hands, for 8-10 minutes. The dough should be uncrowded.
  • So far, the dough is not ready for use, since the flour requires more fluid, then during the mixing process is allowed to add 1 or 2 spoons of milk, and after the specified time we put vegetable or creamy oil into the dough, and may margarine. Only he should be warm.
  • Now you need to quickly knead the dough again, if necessary, add quite a bit of flour to mix.
