How to cook Easter

It is impossible to imagine an Easter holiday without its main attributes - a crumb and cottage cheese Easter.
Cooking a classic crude cottage cheese Easter easily. At the same time, your festive table will decorate a gentle and delicious dessert.

Following the traditions, Easter is preparing in advance - in pure Thursday, and it has the shape of "slide." To give such a form, it is convenient to use a special wooden or plastic assault. It is easy to find in stores, especially on the eve of the holiday. But you can use and colander, a conventional flower pot or a hole in the container from ice cream.

So we will prepare the following ingredients:

  • 500 g of fresh dry cottage cheese (fat content from 9%);
  • 200 g thick fat sour cream;
  • 180 g of room temperature cream oil;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 20 g vanilla (vanillin or vanilla sugar are suitable);
  • 40 g of raisins (better Light).

Optionally, you can add nuts, kuragu or zucats.

Wipe cottage cheese through gauze or fine sieve. It is better to take homemade cottage cheese, but if your cottage cheese is bought in the store, then wipe it twice. So it will become homogeneous and air. It is important not to use a meat grinder for this, since then get the effect of viscosity and dustiness.

In sour cream, dissolve sugar and vanilla. In the resulting sweet sour cream, add softened butter. Carefully stir the mixture to obtain a homogeneous, air mass. You can use a mixer or blender.
