Simple and delicious recipe for Easter

Kulich - traditional pastries that are preparing before the Easter holiday. Aromatic, polished with icing and decorated - no festive tea drinking can do without it. A simple recipe for making a delicious mouth for Easter at home.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour white - 4 st;
  • sugar for test - 8 tbsp. l;
  • sugar powder for glaze - 8 tbsp. l;
  • creamy oil - 8 tbsp. l;
  • eggs - 8 pcs;
  • yeast (living) - 20 g. (It is preferable to use alive yeast, but if they are not there, then replace them with 7 g dry. Often it is exactly one small bag);
  • salt - 0.5 h. l;
  • milk 3.2% fat - 1 st;
  • dried fruits / nuts - 1 Art (you can take any dried fruits to your choice. Large slices crush).

Check outpass. To do this, slightly warm the milk and stir yeasting and one glass of flour. Stir carefully to homogeneity. Cover the column with a food film and put in a warm place for fermentation at least 30 minutes. Depending on the temperature, this process may take up to an hour.
