Simple recipe on water

According to their consistency, porridge from pea is like a potato mashed potatoes. In order for the end result to be gentle and crumbly, peas should be dried longer. The recipe itself is quite simple:

  1. Peas are rinsed well, soaked with water for several hours, after which we pour out into the pan and put on fire;
  2. Weganize the future porridge at least an hour, you need the peas well touched;
  3. Next, we drain the water, we use the usual colander or gauze for this, add spices and butter, salt and whip the blender well.

Water can be replaced with milk or broth, if desired, the final taste will depend on it.

Such a garnish is perfectly combined with meat and a bird, and the finished dish can be decorated with greens. Sometimes porridge is mixed with home or shopping stew, liver or add a goulash.
