Bread diet

Most nutritionists or just advisers tell us the same thing. It is necessary to exclude sweet, oily, salty and, of course, flour. We are accustomed to the fact that carbohydrates are incredibly harmful, and it is them that they add extra kilograms. In this diet, you can eat bread and even need! You should assure you that the program does not imply eating bakery products in unlimited quantities, but simply allows you to exclude this product from your diet. The diet is quite long and consists of two stages, but the result is worth it.

It is very important to remember that in this diet is absolutely contraindicated. You should divide the day portion to 5-6 receptions, and there are every 3-4 hours, even if not hungry. For a while you need to abandon alcohol, various sauces, fresh milk and sugar.

Daily portion of bread - 9-11 pieces, if it is low-calorie or coarse grinding, and 6-9 slices of usual, white. No one says that you have to chew bread "in Sukhkyyky." You can put on it a very thin, almost educated piece of fish or ham, smeared by a melted cheese or low-fat sour cream.

Bread complement 100 grams of vegetables prepared in any way. You can cook them, fry, stew, bake or eat raw. It is recommended to exclude only bean, corn and potatoes.

Every day you have to indulge yourself with any fruit (100-150 g). Do fruit salads from them or eat raw separately. Grapes only better leave for later.

Be sure to dinner use fermented dairy products. Well, if it is a glass of skim kefir or yogurt without taste additives, also 200-250 g.

3 times a week during the day you can replace bread with low-fat poultry meat or beef. Also 3 times a week you can add your diet with a boiled egg.

And remember that you are sitting not only on bread, but on the water. And you need this liquid about 2-2.5 liters per day, men per half-liter more. It can be both ordinary water and teas, fruit-berry juices or purifying herbal beams.

Now you can proceed to the second stage of this diet, its duration is at least 2 weeks. The peculiarity is that every 3 days bread in the diet you change to one of the following products:

  • 1 potatoes;
  • 1 cup of boiled macaron (solid wheat varieties);
  • 1 cup of any boiled legumes;
  • 1 corn pillage (if the season allows);
  • half a cup of any porridge;
  • 5 spoons of Muesli or oatmeal;

The number consumed on the day of vegetables and fruits should be increased to 0.5 kg.

The advantage of this diet is the consistent and smooth restructuring of the body aimed at the "burning" of fat deposits in the amount of 2-4 kg per week. But do not forget about contraindications. On the diet can not be sitting with nursing and pregnant women, children and people with the problems of the digestive system.
