The breakfast options are available:

  • A large cup of green tea or coffee. Optionally, you can add 1-2 crackers or a loaf of whole wheat flour.
  • Fresh carrots, grated on a grater. As filling - lemon juice.

Dinners. Options:

  • A glass of fresh tomato juice. Boiled cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil. 2 boiled eggs.
  • Zucchini, fried in vegetable oil.
  • A small piece of cheese. Salad of boiled carrots with butter. 1 raw egg.
  • As a main dish can be: fish (baked or steamed), boiled beef or chicken half.
  • Side dishes: cabbage and carrots dressed with lemon juice and oil; vegetable stew; rice.

dinners:

  • 2 boiled eggs.
  • A piece of boiled beef.
  • Fish baked in the oven.
  • Coleslaw.
  • Carrots with butter.
  • Before going to bed you can drink a glass of kefir.

With this diet you can lose weight by 8 kilograms. Do not forget that a sharp weight loss is stress for the body. The output from the diet should be smooth, you should not immediately fall into the "Forbidden" products.
