The maximum diet duration is 20 days. This period can be reduced, but it will decrease with it and the number of lossed kilograms. With strict compliance with all rules, the result is 1 kg per day. That is, after a full course, we get rid of 20 kg, and with strong obesity this indicator increases a few percent. We use food in 4 receptions. Every day you have to observe the same diet:- Breakfast is a black unsweetened coffee or a cup of kefir, boiled / roasted chicken egg.

- Snack - kefir or black coffee.
