  • salt, spices - to taste.

How to cook soup with mushrooms:

  • In the pan pour the meat broth or water, the carrot must be cleaned and cut into the circles. Add a bulb to the water (clean, not cut). These vegetables need to boil in broth until half-ready.
  • Until the vegetables are boiled, prepare mushrooms: promotion, clean, large with molded slices. Add mushrooms to broth, put salt and pepper. Cooking on medium heat for about 10 minutes, you can a little more.
