This is a refreshing soup with sourness, and traditional green borsch (sorval soup), cooked on broths from vegetables, chicken, pork, beef and even fish broth. Refreshing sorrel soup with boiled egg

- 2 bundle sorrel;

As you prepare:

- Potatoes clean from the peel, cut straw or cubes and prepare until soft in water from under sorrel.
- We are waiting for potatoes and water cool.
- Greens, onions and fresh cucumbers cut as gloss as much as possible.
- Eggs boiled screwed, finely cut. A couple of eggs cut into circles to decorate the future dish.
- All ingredients send in chilled water with potatoes.
- We pour a glass of kefir.

Shang Soup (Borsch) on meat broth
We will need:
- 1-2 beam sorrel or several spoons canned from the can;
- 3 medium-sized potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 Patched bulb;
- 250-500 g of any meat for broth;
- 2.5-3 liters of water;
- salt (focus on taste);
- sunflower oil (for frying);
- bay leaf;
- pepper and any spices to your liking.
Cooking:
- Meat with bay leaf, pepper, spices and fill with water and bring to boil. Remove the foam. Salt and boil until ready state to simmer.

Sorrel soup and vegetables
Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh sorrel;
- 1 small zucchini or half medium;
- spinach (to taste);
- celery (root), 50 g;
- a couple of eggs;
- 1 potato;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- garlic (to taste);
- vegetable oil for frying vegetables;
- cream for the filling;
- salt, pepper (to taste).
Cooking:
- One and a half liters of water pour into the pan and wait until boils.
- Put water in finely cut pieces zucchini, potatoes, celery.
- Onions and carrots fry in oil and add to the pan.
- Cook all ingredients until almost cooked.
- Finely cut spinach and sorrel, and put them in a dish. Boil 3 minutes.
- Salt, pepper soup and remove from heat.
- Refill the dish with chopped or crushed garlic clove in the frog.
