Required ingredients:

  • sunflower seeds (purified) - 200 g;
  • vegetable refined oil (odorless) - 2 tbsp.;
  • sugar sand - 200 g;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • liquid honey - 2 tbsp.
  • water boiled (cooled to room temperature) - 2 tbsp.

Honey is recommended to use fresh so that a bitter taste was not felt in ready-made concerns. Also before the start of cooking, make a tasting of seeds, they should not be bitter or in love for taste.

  • 1 step - stuck baking sheet parchment and with silicone brush generously lubricate paper with sunflower oil;
