Required ingredients:

  • creamy oil - 50 g;
  • milk (low-fat) - 100 ml.;

  • water boiled - 100 ml.;
  • wheat flour (highest grade) - 3 tbsp.
  • a mixture of red and black peppers - to taste.

The cooking time is 15 minutes, the difficulty level is light.

  • 1 step - to melt the oil in a water bath and move it to a dry pan;
  • 2 step - in small portions to the oil of add flour, mix thoroughly and fry on low heat for 1 min;
  • 3 step - solid cheese grate on a large grater;
  • 4 step - to combine milk with water (you can also use vegetable and meat broths), warm in a saucepan to a temperature of approximately 60 degrees (do not bring to boil);
  • 5 step - a warm milk liquid with a thin jet pour into roasted flour, bring to boil and reduce fire;
  • 6 step - we introduce grated cheese and spices, mix;
  • 7 step - we are preparing for another 5 minutes. On average fire is regularly stirred until the cheese is completely melted.

  • corn or potato starch - 2 bl.;
  • milk 2.5% fat content - 100 ml.;

  • 1 step - add starch to milk and mix until complete dissolution;
