How to cook Medovukhu

During the time of the ancient Russia, Medovukha was considered the first drink. So far, the butchers are preparing various honey tinctures. It is possible to prepare a delicious medvochu by an old recipe at home.

Ingredients:

  • Lemons - 5 pcs.;
  • Raisins - 200 g;
  • Liquid honey - 800 g;
  • Water - 10 l;
  • Flour - 3 tbsp.;
  • Yeast - 1 tsp;
  • Honey syrup to taste.

Lemons throw boiling water and cut into circles or slices. Lose all seeds from the lemons. Raisin rinse well and remove bad. Put the sliced \u200b\u200blemons and raisins in a pan, pour honey.

In a big saucepan boil the water and cool it. Water should be slightly warm. In the cooled water, put a mixture of honey, lemon and raisins. Mix everything well to completely dissolved honey.

Then add flour, yeast and honey syrup. The resulting mixture must be left to wander 24 hours, until all lemons pop up.

Strain the liquid through a fine sieve, pour the bottle. Bottles close the lids. It is more convenient to use plastic or glass bottles with screwing neck. Put bottles in a cool place. After 5 days, home medical honey will be ready.

To give a medvooch of the fortress, you can add cognac to it, and for taste and flavor - fruits and spices.
