Independent manufacture of wine at home is a fascinating and not difficult process. It is enough to know a simple formulation and comply with certain rules. Good homemade wine should not contain either alcohol or yeast. Products needed for cooking wine:
- 5 kg of berries;
- 1.5 kg of sugar.
Grind the berries until the juice is obtained with the flesh (Susl). You can use the juicer, a press, a meat grinder with acid resistant to elements, or well wrapped raw materials in glass, ceramic or plastic dishes.
The mixture withdrawn on the surface and strain with gauze. Already pure juice overflow into a clean bank, filling it a little more than half, leaving a place for fermentation.
I fall asleep sugar and mix thoroughly. The addition of sugar affects not only the process of fermentation, but also on the fortress of the finished drink. It is worth remembering the sugar content in the fruits themselves.

Carefully, not bold, overflow the wine into a clean bottle, trying to get a muddy precipitate in a new container. We leave for 2-3 weeks in a cool place, after which we repeat the procedure completely getting rid of Muti.
Wine is ready, you can start tasting! Making wine at home, you can experiment not only with the content of sugar, and, accordingly, the degrees of the drink, but also changing the ingredients using different fruits and berries.
