Ketchup is an indispensable tomato sauce to many dishes, for example, to kebab, spaghetti, toast or sandwiches, to pizza, etc. In each food store you can find this product. But homemade ketchup will always be tastier!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh tomatoes - 3 kg;
  • Oil (refined or olive sunflower) - 150 ml;
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • Onion on-board - 2 pcs.;
  • Garlic - 2-3 heads;
  • Bay sheet - 3 pcs.;
  • Pepper fragrant - 5-7 peas;
  • Black ground pepper - 1 tsp;
  • Cinnamon hammer - 15 g;
  • Parsley, dill beam - 50 g;
  • Vinegar - 50 ml;
  • Starch - 2 tbsp.
