Preparation of fragrant spices

Preparation of walnuts

Almost no Georgian dish costs without delicious and useful walnuts. In Lobio, they are mandatory, like the beans itself. For 1 kg of beans in the pods of nuts, prepare 100-120 grams. The process of manufacturing Lobio

After all the preliminary works, you can already prepare a delicious dish.

  1. Bring ordinary water in a saucepan. It is not necessary to solit it. Lower the prepared beans pods into it and boil them on a small heat for 6-8 minutes. Boiled beans lean on a colander so that it is superfluous liquid from it.
  2. In a deeply skill, heals 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying. Put onions into it and roast before transparency.

  4. Next, put the chili pepper, garlic and greens in the scenery. Add and dry spices and pinch of ground pepper. Take this mixture under the lid approximately two minutes.
  5. Now put the boiled beans and gently mix the contents of the schill. At the same time, the mass and salt is approximately an incomplete tablespoon of salt.
  6. Touch the beans with vegetables and spices of 5-7 minutes and necessarily under the lid.
  7. When all components of Lobio become soft, pour them off with nuts.

  9. Serve Lobio hot or cold with fresh bread.
