Curd cheese cheese - a simple and tasty dessert, which is perfect for any jam, condensed milk or sour cream. The whole process of cooking curd cheese will not take a lot of time and effort.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 500 g;
- Egg - 2 pcs;
- Sugar sand - 4 tbsp.;
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g;
- Flour - 150 g;
- Frying oil - 2-3 tbsp.;
- Salt - 0.5 ch. L.;
- Soda - 0.5 hl.;
- Jam, condensed milk or sour cream.
Cottage cheese thoroughly burst with a fork. Add 2 eggs and mix. If necessary, use a blender to achieve a homogeneous mass. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt. Add soda so that when baking cottage cheese cheesecakes have become lush. Mix.
Sambee flour to enrich it with oxygen and give it an airiness.
Add 100 g of flour into the curd mixture, evenly distributing it in the total mass.
Cooked dough lay out on the table, sprinkled with flour. Modify the sausage and divide the knife to equal parts. Every part is separately twisted into the ball, cutting into the flour, press the palm to get a cake, to put the edge, giving the right form.
Bake in a frying pan with a small amount of oil (you can use a mixture of creamy with vegetable) on slow heat so that each curd cheese is well pasted. Turn over and cover with a lid so that cheese crops rose. Bring to readiness. Remove from the frying pan, giving stepping over the oil.
Cheesery serve hot with jam, condensed milk, sour cream or any other favorite additive. As a drink, black tea or milk will fit well.
