Serum is a milk by-product, which is formed when coating and filtering milk. There is such a process in the production of cheeses and cottage cheese, as well as knocking down the creamy oil. Despite the fact that it is a non-core product, serum is very useful. It contains lactose and milk sugar, vitamins and probiotic bacteria. It is widely used in cooking. Serum Bread in Multicooker
To bake bread from serum, take:
- semi-liter serum;
- 650 g of wheat flour;
- 25 g of fresh yeast;
- 50 g of vegetable or cream oil;
- 2 h Spoons of salt;

- 60 g of dry cream;

- 200 ml of fatty milk.
- Mix dry ingredients: yeast, sifted flour, pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Pour warm serum and vegetable oil there. Then add half of the whipped egg.
- Check the dough and give it to relax 1-1.5 hours in a warm place.
- Roll the dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm and lubricate it with melted creamy oil. Connect 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, and then sprinkled with a rolled dough with this mixture. Roll the wheelbread and cut the wedges with a thickness of 2-2.5 cm.
- Put buns on the parchment for proofing for 15 minutes. Lubricate their remaining half of the whipped egg. Bake at 180 degrees 20-25 minutes.
