What ingredients are needed
- Cabbage medium size 1 kg.
- Onions 1-2 pieces. (depending on the size)
- Sugar sand 1 tbsp. l.

- Wheat flour 30 g

- Water 100-150 ml.
- Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Bay leaf 1 pc.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
- Clean the onions and grind it finely.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onions in it until half-ready.
- Wash the cabbage and remove the top leaves from it. If the Kochan is too big, then cut it into several parts.
- Finely torn cabbage and put it in the pan to the bow. All mix well.
- Fill cabbage with bow water and mix well again.
