Soup from champignon with potatoes and melted cheese - step by step recipe
Most often, melted raws are used to prepare soup from champignons, then it turns out even more fragrant and spicy taste. For such an appetizing dish, we need the following products:
- water - 2 l
- fresh champignons - 250 g
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- smelted melted - 1-2 pcs.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onions - 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- greens - at will
- vegetable oil for frying - how much will need
Start cooking:
- First we take potatoes, clean from the peel, my good, cutting into cubes. Pour it in a saucepan, pour water and put on fire to boil for about 15-20 minutes. Since potatoes are of different varieties, then cooking time can vary both in the right side and to a smaller one. Instead of water on this recipe you can also use broth.
