Shampignon soup with cream

This soup has a very delicate consistency and a rich mushroom taste, so if you like mushrooms, this dish definitely deserves your attention.

For the preparation of such a soup take:

  • shampignon mushrooms - 500 grams;
  • medium-sized potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • onion pores - 1 pc.;
  • cream 20% - 400 gr.;
  • vegetable or butter for roasting;
  • salt to taste;
  • crackers - for feeding;

Cooking method:

  • First of all, apply the onions and fry it on a vegetable or butter until golden color.
  • To the fried bow, add a champignon mushrooms in advance to small pieces, salt and extinguish everything until all fluid evaporates from the mushrooms.
  • Boil potatoes, cut it into small pieces.
  • Grind with the help of a blender all the products prepared earlier, and these are potatoes and mushrooms with onions.
  • To the resulting mass, pour the cream and get everything again with a blender.

Required products:

  • pumpkin flesh - 500 grams;
  • red lentil - 130 grams;
  • stem celery - 4 pieces;
  • cream - 100 ml.;
  • white bow - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2-3 teeth;
  • rosemary, basil - 2 twigs;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for roasting;
  • pumpkin seeds - for feeding.

Cooking method:

  • Pump the flesh of pumpkins, celery and white onions, and rosemary leaves, basil and garlic finely grind.
  • Heat the saucepan, pour some vegetable oil into it, add chopped herbs and garlic.
  • Add chute vegetables into the pan and fry them within 10 minutes.
  • Add a liter of boiled water and lentils and boil about 20 minutes to full preparation of lentils.
