Tearing 2-3 lower sheets, wash them, wipe them, wrap it in paper and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and then squeeze the juice. The resulting liquid can only be used over the day. We instill 2-3 drops 3-4 times a day. Before instillation, the juice is necessarily heated to room temperature.

Drops instantly facilitate breathing, but they should not be abused, since frequent dutings causes overdrying the nasal mucosa and rapid addiction and, as a result, the absence of the therapeutic effect. In extreme cases, you can also use the nasal drops for babies, but it should be remembered that for the treatment of infants it is impossible to buy a spray or aerosol, since when injecting, pressure in the auditory passage is created, which can negatively affect hearing.
