Tomatoes at home (classic recipe)

To prepare a preservation, it is better to pick up tomatoes of small size. The perfect option is the cream of cream. For pickled tomatoes, choose solid but ripe vegetables.

Required ingredients:

Recipe without sterilization cans

For preservation, it is better to use cans with a small amount. If you use 3-liter banks, then increase the amount of dill, garlic and currant leaves 2 times.

  • 1 step - ripe tomatoes skip through a sieve or meat grinder;
  • 2 step - Tomato juice Put on medium fire, add spices as soon as tomatoes boil, continue to tomatize 20 min;
