  • 1 garlic head;
  • 6 glasses of boiled water.

Recipe:

  1. Cucumbers and greens wash.
  2. Crush garlic cloves, without cleaning them before.
  3. Screw the cooled water in the bowl and dissolve salt in it.
  4. At the bottom of the three-liter can be placed half of the crushed greenery and garlic.
  5. To lay cucumbers with dense layers, first vertical, then horizontal and so while the bank is not filled.
  6. Top on the cucumbers lay out the remains of greenery and garlic.
  7. Mix the saline and pour cucumbers.
  8. Cover the can with a lid or gauze and leave for a day.
  9. The next day you can remove cucumbers in the fridge.
