  • With the help of a knife, remove seeds from the vanilla pod or can be replaced with vanilla.
  • We pour milk into the container, add vanilla, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
  • Hot milk, slowly pour into whipped yolks and at the same time continuously stirring.
  • Heat the resulting mixture on the stove for about 80 degrees. Carefully make sure that the mixture does not boil, stirrate continuously.
  • Put the milk mixture to cool, first at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  • Whip cool cream to puff.
  • We whip the milk mixture and whipped cream for 2-3 minutes.

  • We put ice cream in the freezer for 1 hour. After the allotted time, once again we beat the ice cream and again we remove in the freezer for 50 minutes. We repeat so 3 times. The last time you get ice cream from the freezer, then it will be solid. It is aware of it with a spoon and still put it for 40 minutes in the freezer.
  • Mix the ice cream and remove it into the freezer for the night.

To prepare a seal without cream, we need the following ingredients:

  • milk - 0.5 l;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 80-100 g;
  • vanilla sugar or vanillin.
