  • Beer (to your taste) - 1 liter.
  • Egg yolk - 4 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

  • Carnation.

Method of preparing hot beer

  • Take a deep container, pour beer into it, put on a small gas. Put in beer before it boils, all of the above spices. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add the yolks to another plate and rub them with sugar, and then pour them into a separate pan and put them on low heat. Gradually, add the heated beer to the yolks by one tablespoon, not forgetting to gradually rub the resulting mass.
  • Follow the power of fire very carefully, on which there is a pan with yolks and do not allow the drink to boil, since the yolks can be cooked from this!
  • Wait a certain time and let the drink thicken.
  • When the drink becomes thick, remove it from the heat and serve it to the table in small cups or piles.
