How to make cream milk

If you have ended cream, but in the refrigerator there is milk, you can do themselves. This requires patience, a good whine and such products:

  • milk - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • powdered sugar - 0.25 tbsp.;
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp;
  • the gelatin tasteless - 1 tsp;
  • water - 0.25 tbsp.

We will proceed to turn our milk into cream. Pour water into a small bowl and sprink down in it gelatin. We are waiting until it does absorb all the liquid.

In a small pan, after periodically stirring, we warm milk. When a foam appears on the edges of the pan, remove it from the fire.

In a separate container, we connect milk with sweeping gelatin and whip the mixture with a wedge.

We will have a homogeneous mass. Add sugar, vanilla to it and continue to beat.

Then the future cream placed in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. During cooling, after 10 minutes, we perform mixing. After one and a half hours, we take the capacity from the refrigerator and put in the pelvis with ice water. Stirring, continue cooling for another half an hour.

Then the sudine with a mixture is removed from the cold and installed on the table. Include an electromyer for maximum speed and beat our composition before receiving lush cream.
To give a special taste in this process, you can add citric zest, cocoa or cinnamon.
