The dishes of the kitchen of the Middle Kingdom have long earned the love of gourmets around the world. One of the key ingredients of many dishes of this area is the Chinese noodle. How to cook it right and tasty?

Chinese noodles - recipe for cooking with vegetables

  • 200 g of funchoz (rice noodles).
  • 1 Middle Loop Head.
  • 4 closet garlic.
  • 1 pcs. Zucchini, carrots and sweet peppers.
  • 1 tbsp. l. ginger root (or curry to taste).
  • Salt.

Stages of Funchoz cooking:

  1. Vegetables (onions and garlic) Clean from the peel and bubbly. The degree of grinding is arbitrary - from a quarter of the rings to small fractions.
  2. Send the ingredients into the hot oil by adding the root of ginger.
  3. While the vegetables are roasted, thin chips (straw) cut the washed carrots, sweet pepper and zucchini.
  4. Add a new portion of ingredients in the pan. Often stirring, stew vegetables for another 7 minutes.
  5. In parallel with the preparation of vegetables, you prepare noodles - pour it with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Next, fold the funchose on the colander. When all the water leaves, add noodles to vegetables.
  7. Tomite dish for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. Turn off the flame, cover the frying pan with a lid and give noodle "walk" about 10 minutes.

Chinese noodles - chicken cooking recipe

  • 200 g of Chinese (rice) noodles.
  • 1-2 chicken breasts (depending on their size).
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 Sweet pepper.
  • 3-4 garlic teeth.
  • Leek.
  • 2 liters of laurels.
  • 4 tbsp. l. Soy Sauce.
  • Salt, pepper, curry.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Cook marinade. For this, purified and crushed garlic connect with soy sauce (2 art. L.).
  2. Chicken fillet cut with stripes (or small cubes) and send for 15-20 minutes to the prepared composition.
  3. In boiling water, lay laurel leaves, salt and funchose, not more than 5 minutes later, fold the product on the colander.
  4. Prepared chicken particles send oil into a frying pan. On a strong fire, bring meat almost until readiness (with the acquisition of a ruddy crust). Include mutunted straw carrots and sweet peppers.
  5. Add pepper and curry.
  6. After 3-5 minutes, when the meat is already white inside, put the remaining 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
  7. Stir the ingredients. Cooking the dish a couple of minutes.
  8. Add noodles and crushed leek, continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.

The dish is served hot.

Chinese noodles - recipe for seafood

  • Packaging (200 g) "Glass" noodle.
  • 300 g of cocktail (purified shrimps and mussels, octopus) - any set of your taste.
  • 1 pcs. Sweet pepper, onion and carrots.
  • 2 garlic teeth.
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp. l. Lemon juice.
  • Vegetable oil.

Funchoz cooking:

  1. Connect 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce and lemon juice. Send to this marinade for 20 minutes frozen seafood.
  2. Rice noodles send soaded in boiling water. As soon as the product will swell - throw it off on a colander.
  3. Vegetables (carrots, onions and sweet peppers) are my, clean and bold thin straw. Garlic cut thin slices.
  4. Next, fry vegetables, gradually bringing products in the pan. The first goes onion, after 3-2 minutes add carrots, pepper and garlic.
  5. After a couple of minutes, add seafood. Fry the ingredients 5-7 minutes.
  6. Next, put the noodle and the remaining soy sauce. Prepare a dish for another 3-5 minutes.

Chinese noodles - Cooking recipe with mushrooms

  • 200. Chinese (rice) noodles.
  • 300 g champignons.
  • 1 pcs. Sweet pepper and bite.
  • 3 tbsp. L Soy Sauce.
  • 1 cloth of garlic.
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp. mustard.
  • Pinching hammer pepper.

Funchoz cooking:

  1. Mushrooms wash and cut by thin slides.
  2. Purified and chopped onion head fresher in vegetable oil. Next to the vegetable join mushrooms and chopped Bulgarian pepper. Products fry to mushroom rosy.
  3. Funchoz oily steep boiling water (or boiling) - an accurate way to prepare specifically with your chosen noodle is indicated on the product packaging.
  4. Add a ready noodle to the pan. Fry products 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make a soy refill consisting of a sauce of the same name, mustard, lemon juice, chopped garlic and ground pepper.
  6. Mix the ingredients, and turn off the flame after 2 minutes.
