  1. Before cooking, take the eggs from the refrigerator. For biscuit dough, they must be room temperature. If there is no time to wait, you can simply omit the eggs into warm water and give a little hot.
  2. Flour is sifted necessarily. It is advisable to do this several times. Thus, it is enriched with oxygen. If you decide to use Vanillin, then sift it together with flour.
  3. In the deep bowl we beat eggs, without separating yolks from proteins. As soon as the mass begins to foam, add sugar and beat up to zoom in size. If you use vanilla sugar, it's time to add it. The mixture should whiten, it takes about 10 minutes. Therefore, it is better to use a mixer, since manually will be hard to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. In the egg-sugar mixture, we squeeze the flour, gently stirring with a wooden blade. The movements must be quite intense to break the flour lumps, but at the same time - smoothly, from the bottom up, in a circle, so as not to destroy air bubbles, and do not be aspired by the dough.
  5. The finished dough is sent to the Multivarka bowl, which was pre-blurred by oil.
  6. We bake the biscuit in the "Baking" mode. In each multicooker model, the mode name may differ, but there will be one essence. Cooking time may also differ in different models and firms depends on the power of the device. On average, 40 minutes is enough for the biscuit. In any case, the first 25-30 minutes of the multicocharge cover cannot be lifted, as the biscuit can settle. Willingness can be checked by pressing the middle of the cake - if the biscuit springs, and in the place of clicking it returns to the place, then you can remove it. If not - you need to add cooking time.
