What is needed for cooking

  1. Fresh cucumbers 2 kg.
  2. Garlic cloves 5-6 pcs.
  3. Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
  4. Sugar 100 g
  5. Coarse salt 2 tbsp.
  6. Vinegar 9% ½ Standard Glass
  7. Fresh Greenery 1 Bunch
  8. Black pepper peas 3-4 pcs.

Sequencing

  1. Rinse the cucumbers under cool water and cut them with slices (circles or small blocks).
  2. Rinse the greens and clean the garlic. Garlic cut into 2-4 parts, and the greens are finely babbled.

  7. Take a saucepan with water and check the bottom with a towel, pour some water into it. Put in her cans with cucumbers. Wait until the water boils and sterilize the cans for 10 minutes.
  8. Boil covers and get banks from boiling water. Close the jars with cucumbers with covers and put them cool at room temperature. As soon as they cooled, you can rearrange banks in a cool place.

Cooked in this way cucumbers will be a great snack for a festive table. Before serving, you can pour oil and decorate the greens.
