Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 1 st;
  • milk - 2 st;
  • water - 2 st;
  • creamy butter - 30 - 50 g;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Buckwheat cereals, if necessary, rinse thoroughly in cold water. In the saucepan, bring 2 glasses of water to a boil, add salt and sugar. Practice buckwheat, bring to a boil again and reduce the heating to the minimum. Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 150 g;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • meat - 300 g (pork fits well or chicken fillet);
  • garlic - 3 teeth;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • creamy oil - 1 teaspoon on each pot.

Meat cut into small pieces, bow cut into cubes, cutting the carrots with a panel or soda on a coarse grater. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry meat to a golden crust. Add bow and carrots and fry another 10 minutes.

In roasted meat with vegetables, add buckwheat, mix, warm 2-3 minutes, remove from the fire. Add chopped garlic, mix again.
