Buckwheat porridge for many is one of the most delicious, healthy, and therefore favorite dishes. It can be combined with various products, served independently or as part of other foods. At the same time, boiled buckwheat must be in moderation dry and crumbly. But how to cook buckwheat on the water so that it meets all these requirements and has only benefits to the body?
To get scattered buckwheat without effort in just 20 minutes, buy a special cereal in the store, packaged in portioned bags. Then:- Boil more water in a saucepan;
- sunbathe it;
- lower the bag;
- Reduce the fire, cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes, as indicated in the instructions;
- When the porridge is ready, cut the bag with scissors, and put its contents on a plate;
- If desired, add a little butter or vegetable oil and serve to the table.
- Put the container on a large fire.
- As soon as the water boils, add a little salt.
- Cook with a lot of seething for 5 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid or reduce fire.
- Then remove the buckwheat from the fire, rearrange it on the table.
- Cover tightly with a lid and wrap well with a large towel.
- In this state, leave for about 20-25 minutes.
- We take 4.5-5 glasses of water for 2 cups of buckwheat and pour it into a pan.
- We put on the stove and wait until it boils.
- Salt, add pre -selected and washed buckwheat.
- We reduce the fire to the minimum so that the water in the saucepan barely boils, cover with a lid;
- Cook for about 20-25 minutes. In this case, water does not boil, but the porridge turns out the so -called “scope”. In it, if desired, add butter, cottage cheese, sugar, stew and other products.
Cooking buckwheat is very simple. In addition to the proposed methods, you can prepare delicious porridge in a double boiler, in the oven or microwave. The main thing is to observe proportions and put a little love in cooking.
It is very convenient to cook buckwheat in a slow cooker, and not only because it turns out scattered there and retains a lot of vitamins: in parallel with porridge, diet cutlets, or an omelet, or, for example, sausages - a lot of things!
