A classic brideller is prepared with a pearl cereal. This delicious, fragrant savory soup is not to taste. Despite the large number of ingredients, it is quite simple to cook it and it will be even a novice culinary.

You will need:

  • Meat - pork or beef - 600g;
  • Water - 1.5 liters;
  • Pearl croup - 100g;
  • Potato - 3 pieces - 300g;
  • Carrot - 1 piece - 150g;
  • Onions - 1 piece - 150g;
  • Cucumbers - 200 grams;
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Put the saucepan on the fire, pour fresh water into it and boil. In boiling water, put a piece of meat - pork or beef, to taste. Cooking an hour on medium heat, and then pour into the broth washed with a pearl croup. Cook another 30-40 minutes, not allowing much boiled. Then the meat can be taken out of the pan and, cutting into portion or small pieces, return it back.
