Compote is boiled from fresh grapes of different varieties. To obtain a saturated compote with a bright touch, you need to use dark fragrant grapes together with light. To get original taste notes, you can add other fruits and berries to compote. Take the grapes, flushing with its running water, separating from the brush, put in a saucepan, pour the water liter, pour sugar - 100 g, cinnamon stick and one lemon. Cooking compote is needed on medium heat so that the fruits of grapes have managed to boost and release their fragrance, then the drink will be saturated. Tightly fill the cans with grapes, put a piece of grapes and pour hot syrup. After 15 minutes, put on the jar a special cover with holes and merge the syrup in the pan and put on fire to boil. We add a pinch of citric acid (1 teaspoon), pour into the ribbed syrup and rush the tin lid. Cover the rolled towel to the rolled jar to a complete cooling.
Grape compote can be used as a ready dessert, but also it serves as a component for making cocktails and jelly.
