Pasta Falls with meat minced meat and tomatoes
Prepare:
- 500 g of macaroni;
- 500 g crushed meat. Better, if it is a mixture of beef and pork;
- 500 g Tomato sauce;
- 1 onions;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- Dry oregano;
- Salt and pepper;
- Olive oil 30-40 g.
Cooking process:
- Prepare pasta. To do this, enter them into a saucepan with a large amount of boiling water. Add a handful of salt and boil 12-15 minutes. While they will not Al Dente. From time to time stir, especially at the beginning so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 green pepper;
- 1/4 of red pepper;
- 20 grams of zucchini;
- Several olives;
- Two pieces of cutting steak or fillet;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- Spoon of aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano);
- Oil, salt and pepper.
Cooking:
- Wash vegetables and cut the usual lumps about one centimeter. You will like it when you bite and notice the taste of pepper, so do not cut the vegetables very thin. We do the same with meat. Place the frying pan oil and fry vegetables 8 or 10 minutes on medium heat with a pinch of salt.
- Add meat strips and fry them with vegetables within a few minutes until you see that they changed the color and are ready. Now put two large spoons of tomato sauce and a generous spoonful of olive herbs. Lower the temperature to a minimum and mix.
- When you see that sauce is well connected to vegetables, add dried pasta.

Ingredients:
- 400 g of macaroni;

- 100 grams of chopped mushrooms;
- 300 grams of tomato sauce;

Cooking process:

Ingredients for four portions:
- Penne (short pasta) 300 g;
- Mozarella 200 g;
- 0.5 kg of beef;
- Tomato sauce 300g;
- Onions - two pieces;
- Two cloves;
- Green pepper - 1 piece;
- Red pepper - 0,5 pieces;
- Thin cumin;
- One raw carrot;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- Water 200 ml;
- Orego dry to taste;
- Parmesan cheese 30 g
How to prepare a dish:
- To prepare this recipe for pasta, we first prepare beef meat with the original marinade, and then mix it with a vegetable sauce that will accompany pasta.
- For marinada, cut the pieces of carrots with pieces with a thickness of one centimeter. Cut onions and add a tablespoon of olive oil, a bit of cumin, salt and pepper and two tablespoons of acute sauce (taste to taste). Mix well and leave the meat in this marinade for an hour.
- Place the pickled beef in a saucepan and pinched the knife in several places. Add a glass of water into meat and boil 30 minutes on slow fire. You can do it in a saucepan or in the oven. Cut the finished meat on thin slices, and then cut them into strips. Marinade leave.
- In another pot pass the second onions with garlic and cloves. Add chopped tomatoes and peppers, let it be stealing until readiness. When the sauce is ready, add reserved marinade, 100 ml of water and meat strips. Let all be removed on slow heat for 15 minutes.
