Prepare such yeast is easier than simple. The process does not take you a lot of time and strength, and the result will surely be quite pleasant. The dough on the hop is obtained very tasty and unusual.

  • Bumps of hop dry - 1.5 glasses
  • Water - 3 glasses
  • Wheat flour
  • Granulated sugar

Now:

  • Place the hops in the pan, and pour the specified amount of water there.
  • Boil the ingredients for half an hour on a small fire. After that, clog the pan in a few towels and leave in this form overnight (10-12 hours).
  • In the morning, express my infused decoction, thrown off, it is no longer useful.
  • The recipe does not indicate the exact amount of flour and sugar, since the number of these ingredients is determined by the number of ready-made bursting from hops. On 200-250 ml of liquid, it will take 65-80 g of flour and 40-50 g of sugar sand.
  • Add the required amount of flour and sugar to the decoction, mix a little a lot. Take the pan in the towels again and let stand 2-3 days in the warm room.
  • Open the saucepan daily and heated its contents on a steam or water bath, do not forget to stir yeast.

Homemade yeast from fresh hop

Another no less simple and delicious recipe for homemade yeast from fresh hops. This recipe differs from the previous presence in it potatoes and some other proportions.

  • Fresh chips - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Sugar sand - 35 g
  • Salt - 1 g
  • Flour - 40 g (or 120 g)
  • Potato - 100 g

Further:

  • Take Hop and place it in a saucepan, pour the specified amount of water and boil about 1 hour on slow heat., After you leave it cool. You can go a little different and place the indicated ingredients in the thermos to the complete cooling.
  • Now straighten the liquid in order to remove hops from it.

  • If your yeast is too liquid, add 80 g of flour to them (from here in the recipe of 120 g of flour). The process will take another 2 days, each day add 40 g of flour into yeast.
  • Pour the finished product by banks or bottles, close tightly and place it in a cold place. Keep in mind, it is impossible to pour yeast to the most torn tanks, otherwise they can "escape."

So that your homemade yeasts are suitable for baking bread and other bakery products, hops must be the appropriate quality:

  • The bumps of hop should be closed and smooth, their "scales" should not hang around.
  • The color of the hop should be not bright green, but light yellow, golden.
  • The shishches themselves should be elastic and a little sticky.
