- After that, you can put the dough on the kitchen surface with a lubricated flour and continue to wash it on hand. It is very important as long as possible and better knead the dough, then the baking will turn out to be air.
- After the dough is embarrassed, turn it into a food type film or simply put it in a cellophane package and put it in a cold place (the optimal option is a refrigerator), 35 minutes.

The recipe for pies in kefir is simple in all respects, the ingredients are the most ordinary, cook such patties - not long. It turns out that the recipe below is simply ideal in all senses. So, for the test, we will need the following components:
- a couple of chicken eggs
- 250 ml kefira
- salt and sugar - to taste
- 3 Glasses of Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp soda

So, we prepare delicious pies in kefir:
