Smoothies are vegetable, fruit, berry, as well as mixed. It all depends on your own taste preferences and from what benefit you want to get from this drink.   • banana + glass of strawberry + 1 tbsp. Honey + 1.5 glasses of milk;

  • 2 cups of strawberry + 2 cups of raspberry + 8 kiwi + 4 tbsp. honey;
  • kiwi + apple + banana + cup of kefir;

Thoroughly wash the selected products and get rid of them from the peel, shell or any other shell. If you are going to make a drink with a blender, then the ingredients should be cut into cubes. Large or small - it does not matter, the main thing is that they fit into the bowl and succumbed to the grinding of knives.

If you do not have kitchen appliances at hand, use a conventional grater. Since berries are much simpler, they can shred with a kitchen knife. A little advice: juicy fruit or vegetables, try to rub on the screen.
