For jam you will need such products:

  • green gooseberry, you can slightly unripe - 1 kg;
  • close-size orange - 1 pc.;
  • sugar sand - 1 kg.

Cooking technology:

This recipe will be useful to those owners who prefer the so-called "live jams", i.e. without thermal processing.

Prepare for him:

  • gooseberry - 1 kg;
  • medium-sized orange - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1.4 kg.

During this time, periodically stir it up so that the sugar completely split. Prepandable jam decompose on jars and close by kapron covers. Keep it only in the refrigerator. Try to eat workpiece for a month. With longer storage, it will begin to oxidize (will become the darker color) and it can start to wander.

Raw jam from the gooseberry with oranges, if you did not have time to use in time, you can digest within 10 minutes. When boiling from it, part of the liquid will begin, and the jam will become a sweet. To balance the taste, add half the twisted orange to it.
