  • milk - 300 ml;

Preparing an omelet as:

  • And now you can smash all 6 eggs into a deep bowl, put in the same salt and mix. I don't need to beat eggs and vigorously, the mixer will not be needed, with this work we can cope with manually using the fork.
  • Now you need to pour milk. We again mix the whole mass for a fork (or a wedge) to a homogeneous state.
  • Lubricate the shape for baking cream soft oil. The form will need high, but not wide. Then omelet will get high as much as possible.
  • Rises an omelet when baking on 1/3.
  • Butter is too staring too, the surplus is not needed so that the omelet does not sit down.
  • The oven needs to be included in advance in order to warm up. Maximum temperature - 200 oWITH.
  • In a lubricated cream oil, we pour the prepared mass.
  • The omelet is preparing for 20 minutes, but the readiness is best to check "on the eye" - that is, if the ruddy crust is formed on top, then the omelet is ready.
  • It is very important - if you want the omelet to be lush, you can not open the door of the oven!

  • If you want the omelet to get high, then you need to take 3 parts of milk on 1 part of eggs.
  • Prepare omelet needs either in a cast-iron form or in glass.

  • The greater the egg-milk mass in the form, the better the omelet will rise.
