Fried oils love very much, as they get even more delicious. They are fried with vegetables, bacon, various sauces and many other additives. This allows you to give mushrooms a more rich taste. There are several basic recipes for which the oil can be fed. However, before cooking, they are important to handle correctly.
Preparation Oil to frying
There are several basic rules by which you can prepare an oil to frying. The method of processing mushrooms depends on the type of mushrooms. If not just the mushrooms collected for frying are used, then you must necessarily peel into a slightly salted water for 7-10 minutes. Sometimes they are additionally delivered in a frying pan without oil. If young oils are used, you can fry them without prior preparation. Frozen mushrooms that have not previously boiled before frying need to fry on a frying pan on a vegetable oil for an hour on medium heat.
How to fry oils in sour cream
This recipe is one of the most popular, since thanks to the sour cream, the mushrooms are obtained more fragrant.
For cooking, the following ingredients will be required in sour cream:
- Oil 0.5 kg.
- Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. spoons.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil.
- Butter.
- Salt, pepper, garlic and greens to taste.
Sequencing:
- After pre-processing mushrooms, cut them into small pieces.
- Cut onion by half rings and fry it on vegetable oil until golden color.
- We add an oil and fry them in a frying pan along with a bow for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Then we slow down the fire, add butter and fry the mushrooms with a bow for another 10 minutes (you can cover the lid).
- Add salt, pepper and other spices. All mix and add sour cream. We cover the pan with a lid and fry mushrooms with sour cream 5-7 minutes.
Oil fried with potatoes

- Oil 300-400 gr.
- Potatoes 400-500 gr.

- Vegetable frying oil.

- Oil 400 gr.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Buckwheat 200 gr.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Vegetable frying oil.
- Salt and spices to taste.
Sequencing:
